posting topic in builds

the reason i start the topic in builds is this, the title of the section I open was titled general discussions, but for some reason there was no tag box present to start a new topic, the reason for this I don't know, it might be because some one keeps arsing around with the forum build, chopping and changing it. and personally I would have though that builds topic should be in the in game forum.

yes I was the one who made it, General Discussion. but im not sure if i either forgot it of never bother do it.
but now i have XP
