Guys I have got another Santa Hat, and I would rather give it to a guild member than sell it, only thing is this one is for either a Mage or Priest any how the first one to ask me can have it.
HP + 200
SP + 200
MP + 200 Every thing else with stats + 10

It would be nice if any owned hats would stay while no more would drop.

Nah, the hats are definitely goners. I don't think VentSol's going to keep them around for much longer.
It would be too much of a drag if everybody walked around with hats on their heads and extra stats. It would make everything even and everyone equal all the same.
So, the purpose kind of gets killed either way.
